Hi, I’m Stefan, counsellor and founder of WellNorth Counselling.

WellNorth was built from a simple idea, that everyone deserves someone to talk to.After going through my own loss, I realised how difficult it can be to find real, practical support when you need it most. After a long four years of studying, i have qualified as a integrative counsellor and I am a registered BACP member, currently working towards my accreditation. 

My approach is straightforward and down-to-earth. I believe in honest conversations that help you untangle what’s going on and move forward at your own pace. No jargon, no pressure, just space to talk and be heard.

I work with adults from all walks of life, offering online and telephone counselling that fits around busy schedules. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling stuck, my role is to help you find a way through.

Each session is tailored to you, focused on building clarity, strength, and balance in a way that feels real and achievable.
